These terms describe how the academy's modules, materials, and support channels may be used, what learners and the academy owe each other, and where responsibility ends. They apply to every visitor who opens a lesson, downloads a worksheet, or writes to our team.
Ideka Technology Academy publishes structured educational content on programming, coding, software development, and digital systems. Modules combine written explanations, worked examples, and exercises. We describe concepts and workflows; we do not deliver finished client projects, operate production systems on your behalf, or act as an employment agency. Access to a module does not create a client, employment, or partnership relationship.
Keep your login details to yourself and use one account per person. Do not share paid materials outside your own learning, resell them, or republish them as your own course. Attempts to scrape the platform, probe its infrastructure, or disrupt other learners lead to suspension. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for anything done through your account.
Lesson texts, diagrams, exercise sets, and code samples remain the property of Ideka Technology Academy or the authors who licensed them to us. You may use sample code inside your own projects and notes, including commercial ones. You may not redistribute the lesson material itself, whether free or paid, in any form. Quoting a short passage with a clear reference to the source is fine.
When you send exercise solutions, questions, or review requests, you keep ownership of your work. You grant us permission to read, comment on, and store it for as long as needed to support your learning. Do not submit code or documents that belong to an employer or third party without permission. Feedback we provide is guidance, not a guarantee that a solution is complete, secure, or fit for production use.
We update modules, retire outdated lessons, and occasionally reorganise learning paths. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible; unplanned outages can happen. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if payment obligations are not met, or if continued access would expose the platform or other learners to risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
The academy provides educational content on an as-is basis. We do not promise specific grades, job offers, salary levels, or project outcomes, and we are not liable for decisions you take based on a lesson. To the extent permitted by Austrian law, our liability for indirect or consequential damage arising from platform use is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability, including for personal injury caused by negligence, remains unaffected.
We revise these terms when the service, the law, or our processes change. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Material changes are announced on the platform before they take effect, and continued use after that date counts as acceptance. If you disagree with a revision, stop using the service and contact us about closing your access.
