How Ideka Academy handles your data
This page explains what we collect when you browse the academy site, send a question through the contact form, or subscribe to module updates. It also lists the rights you can exercise at any time and the contact details for privacy requests. We keep the wording plain on purpose, so you can see exactly which data is involved and why.
Form fields and contact details
When you write to us we receive the name you enter, your email address, an optional phone number, and the message itself. If you ask about a specific module, we also store the topic you selected so the reply reaches the right person. Nothing beyond these fields is required to send a request.
Device, browser and usage events
Our hosting layer records standard server information: IP address, browser and operating system, referring page, and the time of the request. We also collect aggregated page events such as which module pages are opened and how long a visit lasts. This data helps us spot broken links and slow pages, and it is not used to build personal profiles.
What is stored on your device
The site uses a small number of cookies for basic functionality and for anonymous traffic measurement. Analytics cookies record page views and session length without linking them to your name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; core pages will still load, though some preferences may reset.
Purposes and legal basis

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve the request and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle. Analytics records are stored in aggregated form and are not tied back to an individual visitor once the reporting window closes.
Access, correction, deletion, portability
You can ask which data we hold about you, request a correction, ask for deletion, or receive a copy in a portable format. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent for analytics. We do not publish invented testimonials, fake urgency, unverified partner logos, or guarantees of employment or income. If a statement on this site ever looks unclear or overstated, tell us and we will correct it.
